The Villino is the old brick farmer’s house that is believed to date back to the early 19th century. Located on the grounds of the Hotel Villa Zuccari, the house was completely renovated in 2008 and conserves its beautiful rustic ceilings in wood and tile, typical of the old homes of Montefalco. The house was converted into two independent townhouse-style apartments, different in size, each with an entryway garden, large parking space and central air-conditioning.
The ground floor of the large apartment has an entryway garden with portico, a rather large kitchen and spacious double bedroom with private bathroom, satellite tv and minibar. Two additional double bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both with ensuite bathroom and one with terrace overlooking Castel Ritaldi and Giano dell’Umbria, plus satellite tv. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
The small apartment, accessible from the garden, has a portico, a generously-sized kitchen with a large terrace facing Trevi and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen has 4 burners, an electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. A large double bedroom is located on the upper floor with a panoramic terrace overlooking the park, in addition to having a private bathroom
